2. The Strict Lockdown Philosophy & User Responsibility

Fricxo is designed intentionally to introduce unyielding digital friction. When you lock apps or activate Deadlock or Out-of-Network shields:

• You explicitly authorize Fricxo to deny access to specified mobile apps until your paired physical NFC card or secondary QR backup is presented.
• Fricxo customer support cannot remotely bypass a lock session for you on demand. This restriction is the fundamental security guarantee that makes the system effective against impulsive overrides.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your physical card or its recovery code safe.

3. Hardware Key Warranty & 30-Day Recovery

All Fricxo NFC keys carry a 1-year replacement warranty against manufacturing chip defects. If your key is lost, our automated Lost Card Recovery Protocol will issue a one-time emergency bypass code while placing the original card in a 30-day lockout to prevent misuse.

4. Order Fulfillment & Courier Shipping

Physical orders are dispatched via trusted courier services (Pathao, Steadfast, RedX, DHL, FedEx). Once dispatched, tracking identifiers are accessible directly via our public Order Tracking portal at fricxo.com/track-order.
